Senior Account Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Account Manager to provide excellent account management and support to a diverse portfolio of restaurant partners, including enterprise partners, key accounts and SMBs.

Key responsibilities

• Finalize deals with existing restaurant partners – structure, negotiate and close agreements.
• Drive adoption of Wolt products and services and grow relationships by understanding partner needs.
• Conduct regular check‑ins, provide data insights and quality reviews to boost partner performance.
• Own the partner journey after onboarding as the main point of contact.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with operations, marketing and sales to plan campaigns and solve challenges.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead.
• Use data to focus efforts and share partner feedback for continuous improvement.

Required profile

• At least 5 years of experience in account management or sales, preferably with key accounts or complex portfolios.
• Strategic commercial thinking with advanced analytical skills; proficient with BI tools such as Looker and Excel.
• Proven ownership mindset, able to move complex, ambiguous work forward with minimal guidance.
• Strong stakeholder management across multiple organisational layers.
• Fluent in Albanian and English, both written and spoken.
