About the role
Kalaja Talent Consulting is looking for a Senior Marketing Specialist to design, execute and optimise marketing initiatives that boost brand visibility and drive business growth.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Manage content creation and communication across social media platforms and digital channels.
- Design and coordinate promotional materials and marketing collateral.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyse results and prepare regular reports.
- Conduct market, competitor and trend analysis to uncover new opportunities.
- Collaborate with sales and other departments to align marketing activities.
- Support the planning and execution of events, promotional activities and special campaigns.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in marketing.
- Strong command of English.
