About the role

OBBU Gallery is a multi‑brand luxury store offering a curated selection of high‑end fashion, accessories and lifestyle products. The Luxury Sales Advisor combines active selling, personal client consulting, deep product knowledge and store presentation standards.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and professionally assist clients throughout the purchase process.
• Identify client needs, preferences and personal style, providing personalized recommendations.
• Present collections, products and brands in an attractive and professional manner.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with clients.
• Ensure product display, organization and maintenance meet store standards.
• Manage stock, reservations and sales procedures.
• Accurately process transactions, payments, returns and post‑sale requests.
• Inform clients about new collections, launches and promotional offers.
• Collaborate with the team to achieve objectives and uphold high service standards.
• Collect client feedback and communicate it to management.
• Work with marketing to identify products needing special promotion.
• Follow internal procedures for product supply, storage and arrangement.
• Perform other reasonable duties related to business activity as requested by management.
