Business Development Manager – European Employer Acquisition

About the role

Trivial Chapter is expanding its European employer network and seeks experienced Business Development Managers to connect European companies with overseas manpower at scale. You will focus on building relationships with employers who need bulk recruitment solutions across multiple sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Identify European employers actively looking to recruit overseas workers.
• Generate genuine job offer letters and manpower requirements each month.
• Secure employer commitments and hand over the recruitment, immigration, and visa processes to Trivial Chapter.

Required profile

• Existing network of European employers or strong contacts in the labour market.
• Proven B2B business development, recruitment or staffing experience.
• Ability to engage directly with owners, HR managers and decision‑makers.
• Demonstrated capacity to generate bulk manpower requirements and deliver measurable results from day one.
• Strong negotiation, relationship‑management and professional communication skills.

What we offer

• Full‑time base salary ranging from €1,000 to €2,000 per month plus performance incentives (€100 per offer letter).
• Total monthly compensation potential between €2,500 and €5,000 based on output.
• Freelance commission option at €350 per successful candidate placement.
