Junior Recruiter and Talent Manager

About the role

LocalEyes, a provider of localisation services to the international computer and software sectors, is looking for a Junior Recruiter and Talent Manager in Tirana. The role covers recruiting, testing, managing and improving the talent pool for all allocated languages, and supports recruitment at a global level. It is a temporary offer of 1 year with the possibility of permanent extension.

Key responsibilities

• Recruit, screen and test talents according to business needs, negotiate rates and manage contracts
• Maintain the talent pool database (contact details, availability, expertise, rate negotiations, rate mappings, override requests)
• Keep documentation secure and up to date, and support allocation of talents to projects within budget
• Source candidates proactively through traditional and non-traditional channels and build a diverse candidate pool
• Assess talents against LocalEyes' business strategy and act as an expert on talent selection and testing globally
• Post jobs, network and source across multiple channels, and prepare reports on searches, hirings and openings
• Flag issues early in the recruitment process and adapt strategies to changing priorities

Required profile

• University degree
• Excellent spoken and written English
• Proven track record of sourcing quality hires efficiently
• Goal-oriented, flexible and able to prioritise multiple vacancies or projects
• Strong organisational, time-management and prioritisation skills
• Good people skills, accuracy and attention to detail
