Human Resources Specialist

About the role

The company is looking for a proactive Human Resources Specialist to manage daily HR operations, support recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle processes.

Key responsibilities

• Administer daily HR operations and processes, working closely with the HR Manager.
• Implement and update HR policies and procedures.
• Handle recruitment activities: publish job ads, contact candidates, organize interview panels and oversee the interview process.
• Facilitate onboarding of new hires and manage employee documentation.
• Monitor mandatory and optional training, continuous education and performance evaluations.
• Prepare HR communication materials such as benefits brochures and employee handbooks.
• Maintain personnel files and HR documentation.
• Manage employee complaints and report relevant issues to the HR Manager.
• Prepare and update periodic HR reports, including payroll, compensation, headcount and attendance.
• Coordinate health and safety activities, medical checks and workplace safety compliance.
• Organise employee events and ensure legal compliance of all HR processes.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of labor legislation and HR processes.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills across all organizational levels.
• Practical experience in recruitment, selection and onboarding.
• Ability to handle confidential personal data with integrity.
• Higher education in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Law or related fields is an advantage.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Analytical ability to interpret data and prepare HR reports.
• Fluent English language skills.
