Human Resources Manager

About the role

The company is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead its HR functions across a wide range of construction and engineering projects. The role ensures recruitment, training, performance management and compliance with labour legislation are carried out efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle, from posting job ads to conducting interviews and selecting candidates.
• Maintain employee records, update personal data and ensure accurate documentation.
• Implement HR policies and guarantee compliance with local labour laws.
• Organise training programmes and employee development initiatives.
• Oversee performance appraisal processes and provide constructive feedback.
• Resolve employee issues, mediate workplace conflicts and support payroll and benefits administration in collaboration with finance.
• Develop strategies to improve employee engagement and satisfaction.

Required profile

• University degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of proven experience in HR management.
• Strong knowledge of Albanian labour legislation and regulations.
• Excellent organisational, communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Proficiency with HR information systems and personnel management platforms.
