Human Resources Executive

About the role

LearnTastic is looking for an organized, proactive, and detail‑oriented Human Resources Executive to manage day‑to‑day HR operations, recruitment, employee relations, compliance, payroll administration, and employee engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily HR activities, maintain employee records, and ensure compliance with company policies and employment regulations.
• Coordinate full recruitment cycles, from sourcing and interview scheduling to onboarding and integration.
• Address employee questions, support conflict resolution, and maintain confidential, constructive relationships.
• Coordinate performance reviews, feedback processes, training programs, and development initiatives.
• Maintain accurate payroll, attendance, leave, compensation, and benefits data, working with Finance or external providers.
• Support employee‑engagement initiatives that strengthen satisfaction, collaboration, well‑being, and retention.
• Prepare HR reports, monitor key metrics, identify process improvements, and provide workforce‑related information to management.
• Collaborate with managers, leadership, Finance, and other teams to ensure consistent communication and effective HR service delivery.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field (preferred).
• Previous experience in HR, recruitment, administration, or employee relations.
• Strong organizational, communication, interpersonal, and problem‑solving abilities.
• High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Proactive approach, sense of ownership, and commitment to continuous improvement.

Required skills

• Familiarity with HR systems; experience with Keka is an advantage.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace, spreadsheets, and digital administrative tools.
