International Recruiter

About the role

BizAway is seeking an International Recruiter to lead talent acquisition across both tech and non‑tech functions in multiple markets. You will partner with senior leaders, manage the full recruitment lifecycle, and ensure a top‑notch candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for a diverse portfolio of roles, including engineering, product, data, commercial and operational positions.
• Source and engage passive talent using LinkedIn Recruiter, professional networks, events and creative sourcing strategies.
• Act as the primary talent acquisition partner for global hiring managers, advising on market dynamics, interview best practices and offer strategies.
• Maintain data hygiene in the ATS, track recruitment metrics and contribute to dashboards.
• Represent BizAway at job fairs, tech conferences and internal events to strengthen employer branding.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience, with at least 3 years focused on tech hiring.
• Strong understanding of technical job families, IT skills and the tech talent market.
• Proven ability to build trust and influence hiring managers at all levels.
• Excellent English communication skills; additional languages are a plus.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency with HR management systems and ATS platforms.
• Expert use of LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools.
