Junior Partnerships Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Junior Partnerships Manager to act as the main liaison between our company and game developers or tournament organizers. You will join a small team of partnership managers and help drive mutual growth through strong relationship management.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for game developer and tournament organizer partners, handling onboarding, issue resolution and ongoing support.
• Coordinate short‑ and long‑term projects, set timelines, keep stakeholders informed and drive processes forward.
• Work closely with internal product, commercial and marketing teams to ensure partner needs are met.

Required profile

• Self‑motivated, team‑oriented and comfortable in a fast‑paced environment.
• High attention to detail, strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in flawless English; additional languages are a plus.

• Ability to simplify complex concepts for internal and external audiences.
• Proven capability to manage complex work streams while maintaining strict attention to detail.
