Junior Operations Manager – French Speaker

About the role

AUTO1 Group, founded in 2012 and Europe's leading car trading platform, is looking for a Junior Operations Manager fluent in French to support its Account Management team. The role helps ensure a smooth and efficient after-sales process by communicating directly with B2B merchants, understanding their needs and providing solutions, with a primary focus on payment-related matters. The workplace is at the group's headquarters in Tirana.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Account Management team with administrative and operational tasks, mainly related to debt collection.
• Handle a mix of inbound and outbound calls with customers and merchants, with no sales or acquisition involved.
• Understand customers' needs, clarify information, investigate issues and provide appropriate solutions.
• Contact merchants to remind them of payment terms and follow up on outstanding payments when needed.
• Keep customers informed and make sure their requests are handled in a timely manner.
• Create and update instructions and guidelines for different processes.
• Work closely with internal teams in an international environment to ensure a smooth after-sales experience.

Required profile

• Experience is not necessarily required; comfort speaking with customers by phone and enjoying helping them find solutions is valued.
• Fluent in French and English, written and spoken.
• Accurate, efficient and able to manage several tasks at once.
• Able to work independently and structure your workload effectively.
• Process-oriented and solution-focused approach, with strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Required skills

• Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel.
