HR Specialist

About the role

The HR Specialist will provide reliable operational support across core HR processes, ensuring accurate administration, timely coordination of learning initiatives, and compliance with internal procedures and Albanian labour legislation.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain employee files and HR databases with a focus on accuracy, confidentiality, and legal compliance.
• Prepare periodic HR reports in line with company policies and labour legislation.
• Support the preparation, coordination, and monitoring of the annual training plan, including logistics and communication with participants and training providers.
• Maintain accurate training attendance records and contribute to learning and development reporting.
• Assist recruitment and selection activities such as job posting, candidate coordination, interview scheduling, and onboarding.
• Coordinate onboarding activities for new hires and ensure completion of all employment documentation.
• Support employee engagement, wellbeing, and internal communication initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• 1‑2 years of relevant HR experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Excellent organizational and problem‑solving skills.
• Fluency in Albanian and English.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
