About the role

Kalshi is building the largest financial market by leveraging prediction markets. The company is expanding rapidly and needs a dedicated recruiter to staff its growth and marketing teams. As a Growth & Marketing Recruiter you will own the full hiring cycle for roles ranging from performance marketers to designers and creators.

Key responsibilities

• Manage role intake, sourcing, screening, interview processes, offers, and closing for marketing and growth positions.
• Map relevant companies and teams, develop targeted outreach, and find talent through LinkedIn, portfolios, communities, referrals, and creative research.
• Understand the nuances of paid acquisition, lifecycle, brand, creative, communications, and partnerships to define strong candidate profiles.
• Translate business needs into clear candidate criteria, distinguish essential skills from preferences, and refine searches based on market feedback.
• Assess candidates’ actual contributions, shipped projects, and judgment to ensure fit for Kalshi’s fast‑moving environment.
• Drive timely feedback, maintain clear next steps, resolve bottlenecks, and provide a responsive candidate experience.
• Build relationships with candidates, convey Kalshi’s story, and partner with hiring managers to secure offers.
• Track pipeline health, conversion rates, speed, and offer acceptance to identify areas needing attention.

Required profile

• Proven experience recruiting across growth, marketing, brand, creative, communications, and partnership disciplines.
• Ability to build searches from scratch, engage passive candidates, and uncover talent beyond obvious titles.
• Talent for evaluating actual contributions and potential rather than relying solely on employer brand or résumé polish.
• Strong ownership, attention to detail, and momentum across multiple concurrent searches.
• Excellent communication skills to earn trust, give direct feedback, and challenge assumptions constructively.
• People‑focused mindset with the ability to understand candidate motivations and align them with Kalshi’s mission.
• Quick learner who can grasp unfamiliar functions and adapt as hiring priorities evolve.
