HR Ops Delivery Senior Specialist

About the role

The HR Ops Delivery Senior Specialist delivers employee lifecycle administration and HR data management activities from the HR Operations Delivery Centre in Tirana, supporting 16 Central European countries. The specialist keeps employee records accurate and up to date in the HRIS across the hire-to-retire lifecycle, serves employees and local HR Ops, and helps maintain operational quality across the team.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain complete, accurate HRIS records and process hires, onboarding, data changes, contractual changes, transfers, internal moves and terminations within agreed timelines.
• Translate lifecycle events and process dependencies into the required HRIS, record and stakeholder actions.
• Check data and transactions, resolve or escalate missing information and errors, and protect employee information confidentiality.
• Own assigned transactions and complex cases, balancing quality with deadlines.
• Review team members' transactions against processes, controls and quality standards, explaining corrections and the rationale.
• Coach team members, support onboarding and knowledge transfer, and contribute to process and system training.
• Provide operational guidance on complex cases, escalate when needed, and help maintain process documentation, work instructions and training materials.
• Support employees, local HR Ops and stakeholders professionally, coordinate across countries and teams, and identify recurring errors and inefficiencies to improve data quality and service delivery.

Required profile

• Strong HR process knowledge and excellent attention to detail.
• Understanding of how employee lifecycle events translate into HRIS actions.
• Ability to share knowledge effectively with others.
