HR Manager

About the role

SALILLARI Sh.p.k., a construction company with more than 30 years of experience covering infrastructure, civil works, oil pipelines, ports and airports, is looking for an HR Manager. The role manages the company's human capital so that recruitment, training, development and employee administration are effective and compliant with labour laws.

Key responsibilities

• Recruit and select candidates for new positions, publish job ads and coordinate interviews
• Maintain employee files and keep data up to date
• Apply HR policies and ensure compliance with labour legislation
• Organise training and development programmes and manage performance reviews and feedback
• Resolve employee issues and mediate workplace conflicts
• Support payroll and benefits processes together with the finance department
• Develop strategies to improve employee engagement and satisfaction
• Advise management on HR decisions

Required profile

• University degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology or a related field
• More than 5 years of experience in human resources
• Knowledge of labour laws and regulations
• Strong organisational and management skills
• Good communication skills and ability to build relationships with employees
