Global VP of Human Resources

About the role

Bulls Vision Group is looking for a senior HR leader to oversee the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to performance management, engagement and retention. The role combines strategic HR planning with hands‑on execution in a fast‑growing environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage the local HR and administrative team, setting priorities and fostering a collaborative environment.
• Handle HR administration and compliance, including employee documentation, reporting to authorities and legal termination processes.
• Support employee and manager development through training, performance reviews and career initiatives.
• Manage compensation, benefits and welfare programs while monitoring employee satisfaction.
• Maintain and analyse HR data, prepare weekly and monthly status updates for headquarters.
• Ensure compliance with Albanian labour laws and act as liaison with governmental bodies.

Required profile

• 7‑10 years of proven HR experience with team‑management responsibilities.
• Fluent English (spoken and written) and strong knowledge of Albanian labour law.
• Excellent administrative, organisational and communication skills.
• Experience conducting terminations, hearings and managing HR documentation.
• Ability to work with HR data, produce detailed reports and manage budgets.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
