Full-time Academic Staff – Internal Lecturer (Economics Faculty)

About the role

University Luarasi is seeking five full‑time internal lecturers for its Faculty of Economics for the 2024‑2025 academic year. The successful candidates will teach undergraduate (Bachelor) and graduate (Master) programmes in finance, banking, business or economics and contribute to research and curriculum development.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver lectures, seminars and tutorials in finance, banking, business or economics for Bachelor and Master programmes.
• Prepare teaching plans, course materials and assess student performance.
• Supervise theses and provide academic guidance to students.
• Conduct research in the relevant fields and publish results.
• Participate in departmental and university scientific projects.

Required profile

• Albanian citizenship with full civil rights.
• Minimum MSc degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration or a related field; PhD preferred.
• At least two years of professional or teaching experience.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English.
• Good health and no criminal record.

• Strong knowledge of finance, banking, business or economics.
• Ability to design and improve curricula and teaching methodologies.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
