Financial Controller – 1 Year Fixed-Term

About the role

Dompé, a biopharmaceutical company, is seeking a Financial Controller for its Tirana office on a 1‑year fixed‑term contract. The role supports the Controlling division in managing closures, reporting, and analysis of financial and operational results for assigned business areas.

Key responsibilities

• Support managerial closures and prepare reporting in line with Group principles and deadlines.
• Assist managers and business units with annual budgeting, periodic forecasts, variance analysis, and medium/long‑term planning.
• Analyze financial and operational results, focusing on production costs, to monitor performance.
• Ensure alignment between general and analytical accounting, guaranteeing correct cost and revenue reporting.
• Support business areas in budget management and use of company management systems.
• Assist the manager in project activities, risk identification, opportunity assessment, and corrective actions.
• Contribute to improving internal processes and reporting efficiency.
• Maintain integrity of financial accounts and ensure compliance with accounting principles, internal policies, and relevant regulations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Management, Industrial Engineering, Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field.
• Fluent English required; knowledge of Italian is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Google Workspace and MS Office.
• Experience using SAP software.
• Knowledge of general accounting principles.
• Familiarity with Power BI (preferred).
