Business Analyst – Finance Profile

About the role

Zero, the first official Odoo partner in the Balkans, is seeking a Business Analyst with a finance focus. You will become an Odoo ERP expert and guide clients through analysis, consultancy, implementation and training across various industries.

Key responsibilities

• Track and report data for client projects.
• Assist customers in using Odoo Business Apps and solve functional problems.
• Collaborate with Project Leaders and work on implementation projects from start to finish.
• Configure workflows, manage data imports and train clients on Odoo applications.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance & Accounting, Business Administration or Business Informatics.
• 2+ years experience as a Business Analyst, Business Consultant or Finance Specialist.
• Fluent in written and spoken English and Albanian.
• Autonomous, fast learner with strong analytical abilities.
