Accounting & Finance Specialist (German Market)

About the role

Enpal is seeking a detail‑oriented Accounting & Finance Specialist for its German market operations. The role supports operational excellence through accurate financial record‑keeping, timely payments and effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Review, categorize, code and record supplier invoices in compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
• Process invoices in the ERP system, reconcile Accounts Payable balances and resolve discrepancies.
• Monitor invoice timelines, perform vendor account reconciliations and maintain vendor master data.
• Collaborate with internal teams to obtain documentation and ensure efficient invoice processing.
• Support process‑improvement initiatives and assist with month‑end closing activities.

Required profile

• Proven experience in accounting, finance or accounting operations.
• Strong understanding of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes.
• Excellent attention to detail, analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English and ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

Required skills

• Advanced Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP, SUMIF/SUMIFS, data analysis and reporting).
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 or another ERP system.

• Base gross annual salary of ALL 950,000 plus performance bonus up to ALL 200,000.
