About the role

The company is expanding its pharmaceutical distribution network and seeks a qualified pharmacist to work in its warehouse. The role involves managing import procedures, stock control, and regulatory compliance for reimbursable medicines.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee import and customs clearance procedures for pharmaceutical products.
• Monitor and manage stock levels of reimbursable medicines.
• Maintain continuity of the contract with the National Health Insurance Fund (FSDKSH) and handle monthly declarations.
• Enter purchase orders into the financial system.
• Coordinate inspections by the Agency for the Control of Medicines (AKBPM) after each import.
• Receive, verify, and control seals, notifying relevant departments as needed.
• Prepare and send daily and monthly reports to the technical manager and supervisor.

Required profile

• Degree in Pharmacy.
• Valid professional practice license.
• Excellent command of the English language.
• Strong proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite.
• Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation abilities.
