About the role
The company is expanding its pharmaceutical distribution network and seeks a qualified pharmacist to work in its warehouse. The role involves managing import procedures, stock control, and regulatory compliance for reimbursable medicines.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee import and customs clearance procedures for pharmaceutical products.
- Monitor and manage stock levels of reimbursable medicines.
- Maintain continuity of the contract with the National Health Insurance Fund (FSDKSH) and handle monthly declarations.
- Enter purchase orders into the financial system.
- Coordinate inspections by the Agency for the Control of Medicines (AKBPM) after each import.
- Receive, verify, and control seals, notifying relevant departments as needed.
- Prepare and send daily and monthly reports to the technical manager and supervisor.
Required profile
- Degree in Pharmacy.
- Valid professional practice license.
- Excellent command of the English language.
- Strong proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite.
- Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation abilities.
