Clinical Trial Assistant

About the role

The Clinical Trial Assistant will support our Neurology clinical trials, working from our Tirana office. You will assist senior team members on international projects, gaining hands‑on experience in site selection, documentation, and regulatory activities.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct site selection and feasibility assessments.
• Maintain and update study documentation (TMF/eTMF).
• Provide administrative and operational support to clinical teams.
• Prepare study materials and regulatory documents.
• Track study progress, timelines, and deliverables.
• Manage communication between sites, vendors, and internal teams.
• Organise meetings, agendas, and follow‑ups.
• Support monitoring activities and quality checks.
• Ensure compliance with ICH‑GCP, SOPs, and study‑specific requirements.

Required profile

• University degree in Life Sciences, Medicine, Pharmacy or a related field.
• Strong organisational and communication abilities.
• Detail‑oriented, reliable and proactive work ethic.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy.
• Commitment to quality, ethics and patient safety.
• Fluent English (written and spoken).
• Previous internship or junior role in clinical research is a plus.
• Familiarity with ICH‑GCP and documentation processes is advantageous.
