About the role

We are looking for an Economist to join our finance team in Tirana. The role is full‑time, Monday to Friday, with a regular schedule of 09:00‑17:00 and two Saturdays off per month.

Key responsibilities

• Register purchase and sales invoices in the accounting system.
• Perform cash and bank reconciliations.
• Monitor payments and receipts.
• Prepare payment orders and liaise with banks.
• Produce periodic financial reports.
• Collaborate with an external accountant.

Required profile

• Degree in Economics or Finance.
• Minimum two years of experience in a similar accounting or finance role.
• Familiarity with local accounting standards.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Finance 5.
• Knowledge of Bilanc software.
• Experience with Odoo ERP.
• Advanced Excel skills.
