About the role

The Finance Sales Specialist will be responsible for the financial control of the sales and cash‑collection cycle, ensuring accurate accounting of transactions and compliance with fiscal regulations. This role supports month‑end closing, fiscal reporting and strengthens internal controls within the Finance department.

Key responsibilities

• Record sales and cash receipts accurately and timely.
• Manage and reconcile Accounts Receivable, monitoring client balances and open items.
• Perform bank reconciliations related to sales cycles and resolve financial discrepancies.
• Ensure proper VAT accounting and compliance with current tax legislation.
• Participate in month‑end closing, guaranteeing timely posting of relevant accounts.
• Prepare and analyse aged receivables, follow up overdue balances and coordinate collection efforts.
• Validate the financial treatment of sales invoices, credit notes and supporting documentation.
• Handle client‑supplier netting entries with appropriate accounting documentation.
• Analyze sales and client account variances and coordinate corrective actions.
• Contribute to IFRS‑based financial reporting, including annual Expected Credit Loss (ECL) assessment under IFRS 9.
• Support internal and external audits and periodic financial reporting requirements.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar finance/accounting role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and tax legislation.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel proficiency.
• Experience with Accounts Receivable management.
• Familiarity with IFRS standards, especially IFRS 9.
