FINANCIER/E SENIOR

About the role

The Senior Finance Officer will be responsible for overseeing all accounting and financial reporting activities for SALILLARI Sh.p.k, a leading construction company. The role ensures accurate bookkeeping, compliance with tax legislation, and provides financial analysis to support management decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Register all accounting documentation (invoices, cash, bank transactions) and ensure proper follow‑up.
• Prepare periodic financial reports in line with the Finance Head’s instructions.
• Maintain inventory records, item cards and reconcile them with the accounting system.
• Ensure the accounting system complies with tax legislation and accounting principles.
• Produce financial statements, balance sheets, tax and VAT declarations.
• Coordinate with tax authorities, banks and other external partners.
• Manage cash flow, payments and collections through banking and cash systems.
• Analyse revenues and expenses and implement company policies.

Required profile

• University degree in Economics, Finance‑Accounting.
• Minimum 5 years of experience, preferably in the construction industry.
• Strong teamwork abilities and very good command of English.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Navision or a comparable financial software.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.
