Business Analyst – Corporate Digital Banking

About the role

Tirana Bank is seeking a Business Analyst to join its Corporate Digital Banking team. Reporting to the Head of Digital Transformation, you will help shape digital products for corporate clients, ensuring they meet business goals and regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with banking stakeholders to capture functional and non‑functional requirements for digital products such as business onboarding, bulk payments, role‑based access, and card management.
• Map, design, document and optimise corporate banking workflows, identifying automation opportunities and ensuring compliance with internal governance and regulations.
• Translate complex processes into user stories and acceptance criteria, support sprint planning, backlog refinement and verify that deliverables align with business objectives.
• Prepare and execute test cases for corporate banking features, documenting results and highlighting any gaps.
• Identify and assess risks related to regulatory compliance, data security and integration dependencies.

Required profile

• Graduated in computer science, economics, informatics or a related field.
• Minimum 1 + years experience in business analysis, preferably within corporate banking or financial services.
• Strong analytical abilities, excellent communication skills and the capacity to work independently.
• Team‑player attitude with a proactive, learning mindset.
