Early Childhood Teacher

About the role

Canadian Kindergarten is seeking a passionate Early Childhood Teacher to join its play‑based learning environment in Tirana. You will create engaging, age‑appropriate experiences that foster curiosity, creativity, and social‑emotional growth for young learners.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver daily, play‑based learning activities aligned with the curriculum.
• Support children’s social and emotional development in a safe, inclusive classroom.
• Observe, document, and assess each child’s progress.
• Communicate regularly with families and collaborate with fellow educators.
• Prepare learning materials, manage classroom routines, and ensure a tidy environment.
• Participate in staff meetings, professional training, and school events.

Required profile

• Relevant diploma or degree in Early Childhood Education, Education, or a related field.
• Experience in early‑years classroom settings, preferably in an international or bilingual context.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with children and families.
• Proficiency in English; additional language skills are an advantage.
