Development Manager

About the role

The Development Manager will lead the planning, coordination and delivery of large‑scale urban and waterfront projects within Durrës Yachts & Marina. Based on‑site in Durrës, you will ensure projects meet quality, schedule and budget targets while aligning with the overall development strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the full project lifecycle from concept, feasibility studies and design coordination to permitting, construction and handover.
• Manage budgeting, scheduling, risk assessment and performance tracking using appropriate project‑management tools.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, consultants and local authorities to secure permits and ensure compliance.
• Monitor daily progress, prepare status reports for senior leadership and resolve operational issues promptly.
• Align all stakeholders with the project vision and development strategy.

Required profile

• Proven experience in real‑estate development, large‑scale urban, waterfront or mixed‑use projects.
• Strong project‑management background with ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Urban Planning, Construction Management or a related field.
• Knowledge of Albanian construction, land‑use and environmental regulations (experience in Albania or the region is a plus).
• Professional fluency in English; Albanian or other regional languages are beneficial.
• Prior experience with international developers or luxury/marina projects is advantageous.
