AI Product Manager

About the role

n8n is looking for AI Product Managers to shape the AI layer of its open workflow orchestration platform. You will turn ambitious, sometimes chaotic AI ideas into trustworthy, user‑friendly product experiences that integrate seamlessly with both code and no‑code workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Own a focused AI workstream, defining its roadmap and delivering features independently or with a senior mentor.
• Design and implement AI trust mechanisms, including evaluations, observability, guardrails, latency, cost control, and human‑in‑the‑loop patterns.
• Collaborate closely with Engineering, Design, Data, Product Marketing, DevRel, Community, Support, and Customer Success teams.
• Gather user feedback, monitor product performance, and iterate quickly to improve AI reliability and usability.

Required profile

• Proven experience shipping AI‑enabled products to real users, or a strong track record of building AI prototypes and tools.
• Excellent product judgment with the ability to translate complex AI concepts into clear, trustworthy experiences.
• Comfort working close to both users and cutting‑edge AI technology.

Required skills

• Experience with AI evaluation and observability techniques.
• Knowledge of latency, cost optimization, and debugging for AI models.
• Familiarity with human‑in‑the‑loop workflows and AI guardrails.
