Salesforce Application Support (Helpdesk)

About the role

SD Worx is looking for a Salesforce Application Support professional to join its Enterprise tooling team. You will be responsible for investigating and resolving technical issues within the company’s customized Salesforce suite, ensuring a smooth experience for internal users.

Key responsibilities

• Provide first‑line support to internal Salesforce end‑users and resolve basic technical incidents.
• Manage user provisioning, including new user set‑up and deactivation.
• Develop and maintain Salesforce reports and dashboards that deliver strategic insights.
• Create and update training material and support documentation.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, functional teams, and development squads for complex troubleshooting.
• Record all incident details in the ticketing system and follow up on open tickets.
• Identify and propose process improvements while ensuring compliance with security policies.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies such as daily stand‑ups and retrospectives.

Required profile

• Experience in Salesforce end‑user support or similar application support role.
• Familiarity with ITIL incident and problem management principles.
• Ability to work in an Agile environment and communicate effectively with technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
