Learning & Development Team Coordinator

About the role

The Learning & Development Team Coordinator leads a delivery‑center team that provides consistent, high‑quality operational and administrative support for training programs. This is a hands‑on coordination and team‑leadership position focused on process execution, planning, and meticulous attention to detail. The role does not involve content design or facilitation.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate team tasks, set priorities, monitor workload, and onboard new members.
• Oversee training logistics including scheduling, system setup, communications, and attendance tracking.
• Manage qualification processes, ensure compliance, and support stakeholders.
• Supervise invoice processing, cost allocation, and documentation for training expenses.
• Translate training plans into operational actions, ensure backup coverage, and drive process improvements and standardisation.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience managing teams in delivery centres, shared services, BPO/back‑office operations, or event coordination.
• Strong organisational, planning and people‑management abilities.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines in a process‑driven environment.
• Clear and effective communication skills, detail‑oriented mindset.
• Proficiency in MS Office; LMS experience is a plus.
• Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.
