About the role
We are a maritime‑focused company expanding our team and looking for an experienced Recruitment Specialist. You will support the entire hiring process, from sourcing candidates to final selection, ensuring we attract top talent for our sector.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and engage qualified professionals in the maritime field.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, from posting vacancies to conducting interviews and closing offers.
- Maintain communication with candidates throughout the process and coordinate with internal stakeholders.
Required profile
- Minimum 5 years of experience in recruitment.
- Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
- Proven capability to oversee end‑to‑end recruitment processes.
- Excellent command of English.
- Organizational skills, responsibility, and the ability to build a solid candidate network.
