Enablement Manager, Payroll

About the role

The Enablement Manager will equip teams with the knowledge, skills, resources, and training they need to succeed. You’ll enhance people and their performance to drive adoption of best practices and improve overall team efficiency. This strategic role helps build and scale enablement programs that directly impact Deel’s growth across the global market.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute enablement programs to drive high performance across client‑facing teams.
• Collaborate with leaders to identify training needs, skill gaps and improvement areas for global teams.
• Create and maintain onboarding, e‑learning and continuous learning resources and documentation.
• Lead live and virtual training sessions, monitor attendance, participation and task completion.
• Implement and manage enablement tools, platforms and knowledge‑sharing systems.
• Define, track and report on program milestones, KPIs and measurable learning outcomes.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in enablement, training or a related field.
• Preferably 2 years of experience in a payroll‑focused role such as Payroll Manager or Payroll Implementation.
• Proven track record of designing and delivering effective enablement programs.
• Experience working with cross‑functional teams including Payroll Operations, Product, Sales and Customer Success.
• Strong project‑management and data‑driven mindset.
