Talent Placement Advisor

About the role

Develhope is seeking a Talent Placement Advisor to help participants of the I.N.V.E.S.T. Albania project transition from training to employment. You will work remotely, collaborating with the Project Manager, Tutor, and Class Coordinator to boost job placement outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Support students in defining career paths and conduct individual coaching sessions, including mock interviews.
• Assist with CV, LinkedIn, and portfolio preparation and organise workshops on employability, personal branding, and job search techniques.
• Identify suitable job opportunities, build relationships with companies and recruiters, and provide placement KPI reports.

Required profile

• Multilingual: native Albanian and good English for internal communication.
• Bachelor's degree in education, psychology, HR or related field.
• 2‑3 years of experience in career services, recruitment or talent acquisition with strong knowledge of the Albanian market.
• Excellent communication, mentoring and empathetic qualities.
• Digital mindset and experience working with young adults or vulnerable groups.
