About the role
The company is looking for a motivated and proactive Recruitment Manager to lead end‑to‑end hiring processes for retail stores, offices and logistics units.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment cycle for positions such as Sales Assistant, Store Manager, Assistant Store Manager and Visual Merchandiser.
- Collaborate with store managers and department heads to identify staffing needs.
- Plan and coordinate seasonal hiring campaigns to ensure timely vacancy coverage.
- Develop talent attraction strategies and maintain the candidate database.
- Oversee new‑employee onboarding and monitor recruitment effectiveness.
Required profile
- Previous experience in recruitment or human resources.
- Excellent communication, organization and priority‑management abilities.
- Ability to handle multiple recruitment processes simultaneously and work towards concrete objectives.
- Proactive, flexible and results‑oriented mindset.
Required skills
- Familiarity with recruitment platforms.
- LinkedIn proficiency.
