About the role
The Human Resources Specialist will play a key role in managing the company's human capital, ensuring recruitment, training, development and employee administration processes are efficient and compliant with labour legislation.
Key responsibilities
- Recruit and select candidates for new positions, publish job ads and coordinate interviews.
- Maintain employee files, update personal data and ensure compliance with HR policies and labour laws.
- Organise training programmes, manage performance evaluations and provide feedback.
- Resolve employee issues, mediate workplace conflicts and support payroll and benefits processes.
Required profile
- University degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in HR functions.
- Strong knowledge of labour laws and regulations.
- Excellent organisational, communication and relationship‑building skills.
Required skills
- Proficient use of HR management software and personnel management platforms.
