Support Representative (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a Support Representative to join Netsapiens INT’s growing team, providing chat‑based assistance to international clients in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment. The role is remote and includes a set schedule of one to two evening shifts per week.

Key responsibilities

• Provide chat‑based support to international clients.
• Assist with technical and finance‑related inquiries.
• Coordinate and communicate effectively with multiple internal departments.
• Support back‑end operations and internal workflows.
• Deliver timely, accurate, and high‑quality responses to client requests.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience in support, operations, or a similar role.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Availability for 1‑2 evening shifts per week from home (set schedule).
• Strong multitasking ability and performance under pressure.
• Tech‑savvy with a solid understanding of web technologies.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong collaboration and cross‑functional teamwork skills.
