Customer Success Manager - Affiliates Support

About the role

Adsolution, an ecommerce and performance marketing company based in Tirana with warehouses across Europe and active partners of Meta and Google, is looking for a sharp, responsive Customer Success Manager to be the main point of contact for its affiliates. The role is about giving every message a fast, helpful answer, solving issues directly and keeping the team informed of what needs action. It is full-time, in the office with the team during the week.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and reply to affiliate messages across all group chats, quickly and professionally
• Solve affiliate issues independently where possible, such as recharging ad accounts, submitting appeals and preparing change requests for pages
• Flag anything needing action to the team and follow up until it is resolved
• Work closely with the team day to day, reporting directly to a senior team member from day one and being trained on the full workflow

Required profile

• Fluent English and Italian (required); Spanish is a big plus
• Junior to mid-level experience in customer support, account management or a similar role
• Organized, reliable and genuinely attentive to messages; responsiveness is the most important part of the role
• Availability to reply after 5pm (until around 7pm) when needed, and availability on weekends to answer messages within an hour (weekend volume is usually very light)

Required skills

• Fluent English and Italian
• Familiarity with advertising platforms is a plus; full training is provided
