Back Office Operations Specialist – French

About the role

The Back Office Operations Specialist – French will support the Account Management team in ensuring a smooth after‑sales process. You will interact directly with B2B merchants, focusing on payment‑related matters and providing timely solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Account Management team with administrative and operational tasks, primarily debt collection.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls with customers and merchants, clarifying needs and resolving issues.
• Contact merchants to remind them of payment terms and follow up on outstanding payments.
• Create and update process instructions and guidelines.
• Collaborate with internal teams across an international environment to maintain a seamless after‑sales experience.

Required profile

• Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken.
• Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone and helping them find solutions.
• Accurate, efficient, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Independent worker with strong organizational skills.
• Process‑oriented and solution‑focused mindset.

Required skills

• Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel.
