About the role

Join Mindy-Support as a remote Customer Support Representative, providing assistance to international customers in both Italian and English. This full‑time position starts on 02.11.2026 and offers a structured work schedule.

Key responsibilities

Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
Manage social media messages and respond to order‑related questions.
Resolve complaints, escalating complex issues to the technical department.
Report feedback, complaints, and quality metrics to senior management.

Required profile

Minimum 2 years of experience in customer support.
Italian C1 level (fluent speaking and writing).
English B2 level.
Strong organizational, problem‑resolution, and multitasking abilities.

Required skills

Experience with CRM Genesis or Zendesk (or similar platforms).
Proficiency with Windows 10/11 operating systems.
