B2B Business Service Agent – French

About the role

The Business Service Agent will support the Account Management team in ensuring a smooth after‑sales process for B2B merchants. The focus is on payment‑related matters, handling inquiries, and providing solutions in both French and English.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Account Management team with administrative and operational tasks, especially debt collection.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls with customers and merchants, without sales or acquisition duties.
• Identify customer needs, clarify information, investigate issues and deliver appropriate solutions.
• Contact merchants to remind them of payment terms and follow up as needed.
• Maintain timely communication with customers and ensure their requests are processed efficiently.
• Create and update process instructions and guidelines.
• Collaborate with internal teams in an international environment to guarantee a seamless after‑sales experience.

Required profile

• Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone and helping them find solutions.
• Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken.
• Accurate, efficient, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Independent worker with strong organizational skills.
• Process‑oriented and solution‑focused mindset.

Required skills

• Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel.
