Spanish‑Speaking Travel Agent

About the role

BizAway is looking for a Spanish‑speaking Travel Agent to join its fast‑growing, sustainability‑focused team. You will support corporate clients by handling reservations and answering travel‑related inquiries through the company’s platform and various communication channels.

Key responsibilities

• Create and modify travel reservations for clients using BizAway’s platform and partner providers.
• Respond to client requests via phone, chat, and email, ensuring a seamless experience.
• Enter and update customer information accurately in the reservation system.
• Explain platform usage, booking rules, and service policies for hotels, cars, trains, etc.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in customer support or the travel industry.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Fluent written and spoken Spanish (B2 level or higher).
• Willingness to work shift schedules, including night shifts (22:00–07:00).
• Ability to pass pre‑employment skills testing and background check.
