Social Media Content & Marketing Specialist

About the role

Vetalgo, an online travel booking platform, and Një Mjek, a medical tourism agency, are looking for a creative content creator who can also manage their social media presence and paid ads. The role combines creativity with analysis to raise interest, demand and sales of their services. It is based in Emshir, Prishtina, on a full-time basis.

Key responsibilities

• Create designs and short videos, including shooting and editing Reels and Stories
• Write captions and schedule posts across social networks, adapting content to each brand's audience
• Plan content calendars, analyse market trends and competitors, and propose campaigns
• Manage paid ads through Meta Ads Manager and TikTok, adjusting audiences, messages and budgets
• Monitor results against bookings, requests and sales, and test content and ads
• Present yourself on camera, write short video scripts and coordinate guest appearances
• Work closely with teams, especially on the sensitivity of medical services

Required profile

• Practical experience creating content and managing social media
• Natural on camera and good written communication in Albanian
• Ability to adapt tone and content for two different brands
• Creativity, organisation, respect for deadlines and results orientation
• SEO and GEO knowledge, and tourism or healthcare experience are an advantage
• A portfolio of designs, videos and content is required; a video introduction is asked for in the application

Required skills

• Graphic design and video editing (Canva, Adobe, CapCut or similar)
• Meta Ads Manager and TikTok advertising

What we offer

• Full-time position with a gross monthly pay of 750–950 EUR depending on experience and skills
• Pay review after 3 months based on performance
