Content Strategist

About the role

Smart Home Albania and JOVEX Light are looking for a creative, dynamic and organised Content Strategist based in Tirana, working full time on site. The role covers developing the content strategy, planning, creating and managing digital content for both brands, from initial concept through publication and results analysis.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement social media content strategy
• Create and manage weekly and monthly editorial calendars
• Brainstorm creative ideas and plan content according to brand objectives
• Organise shoots and photoshoots and produce visual materials
• Edit videos and photos with professional software
• Write copy and publish content on digital platforms
• Integrate AI tools to optimise creative processes
• Monitor and analyse content performance
• Work with other departments on materials and campaigns

Required profile

• Experience creating and managing social media content
• Knowledge of content marketing, digital strategy and editorial planning
• Practical photography, filming and editing skills
• Good communication skills and English
• Concrete portfolio of work
• Creative, strategic and organised, able to work independently and in a team

Required skills

• CapCut, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Canva or similar
• Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and LinkedIn
• Use of AI tools in creative work
