Junior Loyalty Expert – Donor Relations

About the role

SOS Children's Villages Albania, a non-governmental and non-political organization providing family-like care since 1995, is looking for a Junior Loyalty Expert to build and maintain relationships with individual donors. The role is part-time, five days a week (Monday to Friday), based in a central office in Tirana.

Key responsibilities

• Nurture long-term relationships with individual donors in line with the business plan and fundraising targets
• Track and optimise the donor lifecycle to improve retention and satisfaction
• Deliver a welcome package to committed givers by call, SMS and email, and keep records of all communications
• Monitor and record reasons for closed donations
• Act as first point of contact for donor complaints and report outcomes
• Plan and run segmented campaigns for one-off and upgraded donations via email, calls and SMS
• Lead donor appreciation events, including the annual end-of-year celebration
• Create and distribute the annual donor update and the donor newsletter

Required profile

• Proven experience in donor relations, fundraising or loyalty marketing is an advantage
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Highly organised, able to handle several tasks at once
• Creative in designing engagement strategies and content
• Collaborative across teams and able to manage events
• Empathetic, ethical, resilient, creative and results-driven

Required skills

• Multichannel donor communication (email, SMS, calls, in person)
• Project management of donor campaigns and events
• Data analysis and tracking of donor interactions
