Senior Sales Manager - Construction Projects

About the role

Orion Shpk, a construction company active in the Albanian market for more than 25 years, is hiring a Senior Sales Manager for its residential and commercial construction projects. The role is full-time and on-site in Tirana, leading and expanding sales activities, managing key client relationships and developing new business opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Set sales targets and mentor and guide the sales team
• Oversee contract negotiations and monitor market trends and competitor activity
• Collaborate with marketing, finance and project teams to align sales strategy with business objectives, optimise pricing and ensure client satisfaction
• Prepare sales reports, forecast revenue and contribute to growth-driving decisions

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Economics or a related field; a master's degree or equivalent experience is a plus
• Strong sales leadership and team management skills, with experience setting targets and coaching sales professionals
• Expertise in B2B sales, account management and business development, preferably in construction, real estate or related fields
• Knowledge of the Albanian construction and real estate market, including local regulations and industry standards
• Ability to work on-site in Tirana and collaborate cross-functionally in a project-driven environment

Required skills

• Negotiation, presentation and client relationship management skills
• Analytical and strategic planning skills, including forecasting, pipeline management and use of sales metrics and CRM tools
• Proficiency in MS Office and common sales/CRM software
• Excellent written and verbal communication in Albanian; good command of English or another language is an advantage
