Sales Assistant – Construction Projects

About the role

Agikons sh.p.k., a construction company with 30 years on the market, is looking for a sales assistant. The role supports the sales manager and the sales team in selling optional products and services for construction projects, without being responsible for selling the property itself.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the team in assisting the sales process for units (not the sale of the property)
• Sell optional products and services
• Set clear targets for service quality, process accuracy and sales performance
• Train the team on optional products, costs, technical limits of changes and client communication and negotiation
• Support sales managers during client meetings, project presentations and standard options, and prepare documentation until the contract closes
• Ensure a smooth handover of clients from the sales manager to the assistant after the contract

Required profile

• University degree (economics, management, engineering, architecture or similar)
• At least 3 years of experience in construction or real estate
• Experience in after-sales, sales consulting (upselling/cross-selling) and multi-project coordination
