Senior Loan Officer – Tirana & Durrës

About the role

Crimson Finance Fund Albania is seeking an energetic Senior Loan Officer / Business Credit Advisor to join its dynamic teams in Tirana and Durrës. The role focuses on promoting financial products, assessing credit applications, and managing a portfolio of MSME loans.

Key responsibilities

• Market the fund’s financial products and convey relevant information to potential clients.
• Evaluate client loan applications, conduct financial and business analysis, and prepare financing proposals.
• Follow internal procedures through to loan approval and disbursement.
• Monitor portfolio performance, ensure timely repayments, and manage overdue payments.
• Prepare regular management reports and contribute ideas to improve sales strategies.

Required profile

• Relevant university degree (economics, finance, banking or similar).
• Minimum three years of experience in a financial institution, preferably a bank, in direct sales or marketing.
• Strong knowledge of banking operations, MSME credit, credit risk, and applicable regulations.
• Excellent communication, presentation and sales abilities.
• Analytical competence in reading and interpreting financial statements.
• Proficiency in English (TOEFL/IELTS certification preferred).

Required skills

• Advanced use of MS Excel.
• Proficient with the Microsoft Office suite.
