Finance & Cash Management Specialist

About the role

Smart Home Albania is expanding its team with a Finance & Cash Management Specialist to handle daily financial operations of its showroom. The role combines financial processing, cash administration, and direct client interaction.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and control daily financial activities of the showroom, including cash handling and payment verification.
• Issue, verify and administer sales invoices and monitor purchase invoices and related documentation.
• Perform periodic reconciliation of cash, bank statements, invoices and customer payments.
• Calculate and verify costs of imported goods, and oversee import, transport and customs documentation.
• Identify and report discrepancies in invoicing, payments or documentation.
• Collaborate with sales, warehouse, purchasing and project departments to align processes.
• Support management with financial data and reporting as needed.

Required profile

• University degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in operational finance or accounting.
• Practical experience with invoicing, VAT, cost tracking, reconciliations and cash management.
• Strong attention to detail, high integrity and responsibility in handling monetary information.
• Good organizational skills and ability to manage multiple parallel processes.

Required skills

• Proficiency with the Financa 5 financial software.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
